Welcome to Doo Doo Dudes! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Doo Doo Dudes offers pet waste management services, including:

• Scheduled dog waste removal (weekly or multiple times per week)
• Thorough search and cleanup of backyards and dog run areas
• Disposal of waste in customer-provided outdoor trash bins (no extra charge) or removal from the premises for an additional $2 per visit
• Optional Deodorizing Treatment, which includes up to a gallon of deodorizing spray, for $20 per service (must be added to a regularly scheduled waste pickup)

• Weekly Service: $24 per visit
• Twice-Weekly Service: $20 per visit
• Three or Four Times per Week: $20 per visit
• Additional Dogs (Beyond Two): $5 per additional dog per visit
• Initial Service Fee: $15 (for first-time customers)
• Waste Haul Away Option: $2 per visit
• Deodorizing Treatment: $25 per service (includes up to a gallon of deodorizing spray, must be added to a regular waste pickup)

Prices are subject to change with prior notice.

To ensure efficient service, customers must:

• Provide access to the yard on the scheduled service day (unlocked gates, clear pathways, etc.)
• Keep aggressive pets secured during service times
• Notify us of any changes to service, including pet count, yard access, or special instructions

Failure to provide access on a scheduled service day may result in the full service fee being charged.

• An itemized invoice will be emailed on the 1st of each month if additional services were requested.
• Customers have until the end of the month to complete payment.
• Accepted Payment Methods:
  
  • Online card payment via our website
  • Cash in person (exact amount only)
  • Banking info such as routing and account numbers upon request
  • We do not accept checks.

Late or missed payments may result in a suspension of services.

Customers may reschedule or cancel services with at least 24 hours' notice. Same-day cancellations may be subject to the full service fee.

Doo Doo Dudes is committed to providing high-quality pet waste management services. However, we are not responsible for:

• Damage to lawns or surfaces caused by pet waste
• Unavoidable missed waste due to weather conditions or obstructions
• Injuries caused by pets left unsecured during service

 At Doo Doo Dudes, we appreciate our customers and affiliates, which is why we offer a Referral Program to help spread the word while giving back! When signing up as a new customer, you can apply any promotional card coupons you’ve received to enjoy discounts or even free deodorizing treatments for up to a month of services for both the new and referring customer. 

If referred by participating business partners, they are eligible for $25 cash rebate after the new customer completes their first month's invoice. 

Whether it’s a percentage off your first few cleanups or complimentary deodorizing spray, our referral program makes it easy to save while keeping your yard fresh. Referral cards can be requested by existing customers and affiliates to share with friends, family, or anyone who might benefit from our services.
